we didnt touch you. not during your war and not after it. my allies were right next to you in starting position and they couldnt just sit there and do nothing while your week long expo war went on with 58/70. at msot my fam made 2 or 3 attacks on you while you were at war, in systems we had been fighting in before your war started. you even cleared my portal first after i decided not to clear you becos you were at war, which is the main reason we had no problem with clearing a few planets in return. blame urself.

we didnt war you afterwards, you had a 1vs1 with my allies. my fam didnt touch you. as for the 'hacking' if anyone in our alliance did it, it was completely unkown to me. i know [w00f] all about computers so accusing me of hacking you is ridiculous. you were deleted by a game bug. you arent the only one this has happened to, i remember WS's fam had sum1 get deleted last round in the first week. he(shock horror) was sensible enough to believe the mods when they told him it was a game bug.

Hehe, funny how you try to turn this around. 

1) I did not accuse YOU of hacking me, in fact, I never even suspected you... but someone did, and likely, it was someone in your alliance. 

2) You DID attack us on the heels of that war.  Again, perhaps not you, but your family did.  You were the leader, thus, it was in your hands.  I also remember you saying things like "that guy is SS, so I can't control him."  Right...  The point of this statement is to say that you have no right in complaining about the time basis.

3) Who said anything about suiciding?  I've fought a very fair war because I'd like to see you lose.  I've also added that your performance has been sub-par, regardless of resources. 

I've been known as a very fair player over the 25+ rounds played.   I am stating some facts, some opinions, and of course, my desire to see you guys lose in a fair war.

I'm also on vacation and bored, which happens so rarely, that I thought it would be fun to stir up some controversy ;-).

to reply to your points in order middle:

1) "but then immediately warring (and eventually hacking) as soon as it had ended" - you put hacking together with warring, and therefore implied it as an active action of mine or my fam's. if someone in my alliance did hack you, it was not known to any other player in the alliance and it was certainly not something i wanted. the rest of the round was boring bar the last week.

2) the ss guy in my fam that i couldnt control was dang. i could not control him becos he had far more fleet than me ashe was one of those ss players that likes to keep a huge fleet. even if his fleet had been smaller, i dont believe in forcing players to do as i want when they arent working as part of the fam anyway. as i said above, my philosophy for playing a game like this is for everyone to have fun. it is suggested that you work with the other members of your fam as a team mates, but nowhere in the rules of the game does it make it obligatory. ppl have a right not to participate in the dealings of the rest of the fam if they so wish. i'm not gna punish sum1 for not following my leadership, and im not gna force him or her to leave. Who am i to decide who gets to play and have fun and who doesnt'?

3) i didnt say you were suiciding. i dont care if you war us, but seeking revenge (expecially for sumthing for which i am not responsible) 2 rounds later is ridiculous.

this isnt a fair or fun war, and that is why i currently resent the players who started it. perhaps you are unware as i didnt see your face around here after your deletion, but we did lose that round in a fair war to 58(noir/jag/broker etc if u dont remember the numbers).  and it was a fair war. both sides knew it was coming as it happened in the last week of the round, both sides had similar savings and both sides (i think) had alot of fun. there was a slighty problem with timing as iggo was on holiday until the day after war started, and then a couple of ppl had net problems during the cancellation time, including me lol, but all in all it was nothing 58 knew or could have done anything about. This war on the other hand cannot in my eyes be called 'fair' in the sense that you guys beating us cannot prove definitively that you have greater skill than us (rather than not fair in the sense of sumthing being honourable or not). when we made the nap i asked to put a date for the war, or at least a 'do not cancel before such a date' becos i knew it would make any war we had much more enjoyable. but instead i got lies about another cancel war already planned, then when i found that was untrue i got some lies about kagar going on holiday. you had twice the savings we had which already gives you a ridiculously huge advantage. but another reason for our lack of enthusiasm in this war is the fact that every one of my drafts, and some of my randoms too i believe, is in the middle of exams, including me. kagar and glue both knew i had exams, and yet they cancelled anyway, and at 7am in the morning no less, totally screwing up our sleep patterns at the worst possible point in the year. oh and then there's the fact that glue and kagar specifically waited til the weekend orbit went away for his charity cycle across France. im not calling you dishonourable for doing this, but i AM telling you to stop boasting about winning this war as if it were some great achievement.

your leaders were given the chance to make the big alliance war of the round a fun, interesting and, most importantly for you it seems, a fair war, but they didn't want it. there's nothing wrong with that. if you wanted to win the round then great, you did what was needed. but if you wanted the right to boast that you beat us in a fair war and are therefore better players, then you should have let it be a fair war. in other words, you chose the easy route that will win you the round but nothing more, over the more difficult route that would prove for many rounds to come who does and does not have skill.

oh and as i said before, we play for fun. when we do nothing, you all complain in the forum that we're making this war boring and say we are playing 'sub-par', and then when we do something effective, your planet goal for the war goes up by 300. that doesnt really make for effective motivation for us to put effort into this war. better, surely, to rely on the fact that you and kagar wont totally rape us becos you are meant to be at least vaguely honourable.

Middle, i'm 99.99% sure that the hack didn't come from our alliance that round. I talked with Stick and Roland about this and they agreed...
They even told me u were already hacked weeks before we fight u, having 1/2 portal razed and tons of resources sold.
When u have been deleted we had ffed or destroyed all ur 3-4 camaars tickers and East Germany's too, killed 2 DS and it was East Germany that had been full jumped not u. So i don't see why hacking u, if someone could or wanted...
Ur planets have 90% been expoed by a player that was not from our alliance...
We were doing infils on u dayly and I was laughing that u were selling 7m oct each year without buying, receiving or peoducing 5% this amount ( i even wrote it in my pvc), and that was showing clearly that u were receiving huge market aids. I know who u supsect and why, roland told me and i explained him. The message u received is coincidence, the player u suspect is a big market player and i think he sent u this message because he bought ur oct and saw it in ur infil. It would be stupid to sign his hack with a message...
Talk to Roland, i told him even more that what i can write here...
And we didn't attacked u during this war, we took 3 planets from u and 2 from ur allies, because u expoed our core during ur war and started to lasertrap...then we let u like 5-6 days after ur war (much more that what u let us round before )and the first planets we attacked were the DS u put at 3 tickers from our HS.

And Arch fam didn't fight you because they went on another fam (except few core attacks) so if u have a revenge to take on Arch fam it can't be for that round, because he was not involved in anything.

i think the reason arch many feel like they do to you is

I was under  the impression Middle's wife deleted his empire that round?

In any event, we had already sabbed what was it? 3 systems that had been protected by DS' and had concluded the bulk of the fighting by the time you deleted, or whatever it was.

Your final statement was just sad to see from you Middle. It's a shame KB and I deleted from the family early the round that you got hooked. Would have saved IC all this drama
