It is political forum satire. Based upon (partially) the politics or real life stuff of people here, a joke is made.

For instance Justinian frequently talks that prostitution is a good thing and should not be outlawed.

I used to be erroneous on my math so yeah...

And so forth.

I haven't argued in favor of legalizing prostitution in years.

But, I have recently implied/stated that human sexuality can be described as a market place, though I don't consider it prostitution par se.
