Resources have a set base amount that can be set to start a round.

Not sure on exact amounts since I haven't randomed into a new gal yet but its along the lines of

10k gc 1k iron 500 food 100 oct and 100 endu?? The 5x amount multiplies the set base starting amounts giving you something like 50k gc 5k iron etc etc...

starting resources multiplied by 5

you used to start with 10k gc etc a relatively long time ago and this round its 50k gc etc
