oke i was thinking. most ppol play from there phone's these days. so im talking to ppol who can makes apps. is it maybe an idee to make an app for your phone to play ic faster quicker without the big load pages. something where you can look at fam map send aid easy build easy stuff like that just to shrink it on the phone so you can easy log in from phone. ?

Letting people make such an app ain't free it is rather expensive if you ask me for such a small game.

- Development of the app
- bug fixes
- Updates
- Several platforms to support (IOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows)

Good idea, has been suggested before aswell, but not reasonable for this game.
Unless someone is willing to do all of this for free.

i am currently developing a stragegie game app with my brother that is based on ic but with all the things i want improved.. gone take about a year or so b4 we r ready though..

If someone is willing to put so much time in developing this app than that is up to him.

Stefan will have to agree to this since he is still the owner of the game and still has the copyright and codes that the maker of this app probably need to make this app.

Pretty sure there is more stuff that needs to be done.

Are u guys ready to see 100k new players suddenly coming into the game, breaking naps, farming ppl till the last plt, abusing bugs?

Not that I am against it but im not sure everybody will be happy to become anonymous...and I already hear the "it was better before" tongue

it doesn't need  a big audience. it would get spoiled by noobs and inactives(like me). Atleast now most play are somewhat active and have an understanding of the game...

We could start off small by only being able to download such an app directly from here smile No need to place it on the market/store etc!

exactly. and i think new ppol will be good. some1 that doesn't know imperial will also not download a app. (do you download an app you do not know ? tongue)

and elro ro ps have the code so they could try to make a app. and the old folks that say i cannot be active because of work and things can now be a bit more active to send easy aid build and maybe send some fleets to there attackers to get planets going.

its just to easy things up for ppol playing on phone wink
