you are correct.. The personal rule drops to 25% in a war declaration but family 35% rule stays the same

The cause of the huge jumps and super-fast wars is NAPs - every top fam always naps other top fams and then it always comes to cancel wars with hundreds of free shares that took no effort to get.

Imo the most enjoyable wars are in mid to late expo when a fight just breaks out without having an NAP and there arent really any shares - you have to try to sneak shares in or send longer raids and such, and it comes down to activity, persistence, and tactics to win rather than who had the most savings or who built the most figs (or who was actually there on the first tick).

IC needs to get out of the culture of top fams NAPing and start just fighting each other straight up for the whole round if we want to have more enjoyable wars. Its in these sorts of fights where a small actually has more of a chance against a big family as well, you just stop them getting shares and its a pretty level playing field. And if top fams are fighting the whole time, they can't infra whore so much and it will mean that there is less imbalance between top and middle rank fams.

The NAPs is not problem... it is use of culture IC game ... the problem is how much income and resources saving one top family and continue production of more cash and resources  each tic... and They don't use it for wars... They use for "war EOR".

My idea is each top family or families saving cash and resources have one roof... in that moment if He dont use those cash and resources... production is zero of cash and resource... so other small or median family will have in process doing it...

If one family saving much time cash and resources and They dont doing wars... so other families will to have advance and to have one good opportunity of good war.

So if family dont want to save and have full wars it is better... production continue and you have fun fighting.

yes primo whats b ad on only war top 11 fams and no low fames we never have been farming big so ya  a fair round

and yes we msg alot to change the war date first all time never answers off youre fam till 1 day before war but you guys dont like a  more fair war my fam atacker poor so ya think just ignore decline and have a happy harvest contest but ya today i got some time will see what i can do and yes i take the lose wont care but be proud to fight a fam with 1 hand and not to have to work for it with 2 hands

oh, i have no problems with trying to change the wardate, fair play there. it didn't suit us, so it didn't happen, but you can always try. no shame in that.
