Attacked down to 0% morale

did some buying on market and when i went back to HQ i had 2% morale!!

i duno if this is cus i have 6 morale planets and the cap is 5, maybe it still gives the extra morale when u hit 0% off the extra more planet after u have refreshed, hmm i wonder if i do this with an extra 5 /me goes testy

I just went from -1% to 10% in 1 tick
Probably rounding and I'm not complaining, just thought I'd mention it tongue. 1% extra woot!
