Topic: Additional restrictions on surrendering (deleting)

In addition to the 7 day limit, add the restriction that you cannot delete if you have explored, oped or attacked in the past 48 hours. Maybe 24.

This will get rid of the retake+delete gayness and deter people from rage quitting when they lose. They might even get back into the game once they have calmed down in a few minutes smile
