Supposed portal costs are calculated by:

Costs = [15000*(1+nwpenalty%)/(1+science%)]+1000*planets

Actual portal costs are calculated by the same formula as above :
Costs = [15000*(1+nwpenalty%)/(1+science%)]+1000*planets



Displayed portal costs are calculated by
Costs = [15000*(1+nwpenalty%)*(1+OBpenalty%)/(1+science%)]+1000*planets

where OBpenalty% is planetary overbuilding cost increase

For iron,

Supposed and Actual costs are calculated by:
Costs = [400*(1+nwpenalty%)/(1+science%)]

Displayed costs are calculated by:
Costs = [400*(1+nwpenalty%)*(1+OBpenalty%)/(1+science%)]


I'm guessing it works the same way for endu, oct, food as well (feel free to check tongue)

For Octarine, the 400 would be replaced by 80
For Food, the 400 would be replaced by 20
For Endurium, the 400 would be replaced by 110
