nap was supposed to be signed in relations after you took the cords ekoe was exploring. it all results in to you gave us a shit deal and you broke nap but pretended to be honorable by giving us 48 h.. its all crap and you know it..

Allow me to clairify a few points:
1. Emi - I don't know you, but so far as I can tell, you are a douche. I think it's pretty commonplace for warring families to have an opportunity to chat outside of IG messages... Most NAPS happen this way. As for your pitiful attempt at defaming me by attacking me on a personal level, grow up.
2. I made some comments on shifts in the general IC community. To be clear, these are not directed explicitly at 10 though were more-so broad observations from last round and this one. It does seem that there may be some unsavory characters in 10, though I don't know them well enough to really say. These comments would have been better posted in another thread, this just happened to be where I was posting at the time and elements of this scenario were just another example of what I don't like about IC these days.
3. This all began early round when 10 decided to start using infils to attack EVERY PLANET WE EXPLORED (I'd estimate 150 attacks on recent explores). Why such malicious attacks? Because we'd cleared a few planets (like 5?) from the systems surrounding our cores which they'd explored despite our presence and thus 'hurt their spread'.. I think this kind of near-core clearing is pretty standard, and I'm sure 10 did the same to others, so their excuse was pretty weak. These explo-attacks were solely intended to set us back, as 95% of the planets had no fleets stationed post-attack, so there was no attempt to retain them; 10 was not looking for planets, this was simply unwarranted harassment.
4. We napped to end this as we had no portals near their core so could not easily return the favor.. A key element of that NAP was to swap-out our explos that 10 had attacked in core and near-core systems.
5. [...] We were wrapping up a war with 03 when 10 canceled our NAP. 10 had been ready to take on 04/05 which caused something of an uproar, then they decided to take us despite the fact that our savings were depleted and the NAP still wasn't signed IG as was the first term of the nap "1. 48hr Standard NAP to be signed in relations page.
" -this would have given us another 48 hours from signing before it could be canceled so far as I recall. The swap-out component of the NAP was also not completed prior to the cancelation, meaning that 10 had portals in massive shares of ours as a result of their earlier harassment and despite an agreement to swap these.
6. 17 deemed the NAP void 2 ticks early for reasons above to clear as many shares as possible. In these 2 ticks, a meager 18 planets were captured. Was this a sketchy move? Yes. That said, 10's cancelation was A) sketchy timing due to 03 war and B) sketchy because they did not swap-out agreed-upon shares and were now portaled in them and ready to start clearing.
7. 10 wiped out fleets, took over 600 Planets, destroyed our income and infra with ops / attacks. How many planets might they have taken had we not attacked in advance? I'm guessing they'd have shot for the same - just get the feeling they're that kind of family. How far should it be taken? They set a goal of 1000 planets, that's ~50% of what we had.

18 planets taken 2 ticks before the proclaimed end to a NAP that was canceled under less-than-honorable circumstances - what is an appropriate punishment? Standard NAP terms would say: 36 planets plus the initial 18, or 54 planets total.. So how many times does 10 intend to multiply that before they're satisfied? Where does it end?

Anyhow, let me know when it's over. No time to waste on this nonsense anymore.
