I just need to find another way render! Im not a moron, i know that if we wanna have a chaos SS round we should keep things secret. Maybe also make CF production random each tick, cause thats in essence what they are doing with resource buildings atm. No info, just all pitch dark. Well ok i admit, we know its 10%, OF WHAT??

gonna write a list of empires and races in the 1st tic of the round

If I ever find someone changed race after the round started I WILL INFORM MODS, to block the empire and to find out "which" mod allowed it and asume the consequences.

There are not many good HC players, players like lohan should join SD. Mods can take application and let them join in first couple days of the round.
