all the conditions and restrictions have to be accepted and executed. if not, an agreement is not valid.

I'd just like to point out that 10 was about to willingly take on 2 families (04 and 05), then suddenly canceled on one family that was wrapping up a war and had effectively spent most savings.

If 10 didn't swap out of cores, then the NAP terms were never filled and I do think voiding is acceptable.. Ideally with some notice - but 2 ticks away from the war isn't the worst think that could happen.

I'll also note that not all shares were cleared, in fact - only a few were.. And that said, I really don't expect that this gives 17 the 'upper hand'.. More like a better hand in a losing game - like a pair of Aces against three of a kind, rather than a 3/7 off-suit against three-of-a-kind

Nothing is more illegal than cheater. If there is a marshal law in IC. You could be convicted of cheating other family. You didn't take the planet whilst setting up more shares with us quietly is illegal at best.
