Topic: Portal Transfer Op

Basic idea of this is an op that can be casted and lasts 1-2 ticks. When you attack another portal, instead of destroying it you now inherit that portal for your own use.

I know it needs tweaking somewhat, could lead to farming etc. Maybe only be able to cast it when war is declared (and other fam has to be over 75% fam NW, or something similar)

Idea has merit but any more ideas to make it work?

I once prayed to god for some planets, but quickly found out he didnt work that way

I think you would need to have to have some kind of delay once you take the portal "It will take 12 weeks to reconfigure the portal"
