its the same for everyone, just coz you cant spreadhseet and plan your first 2 weeks doesnt mean its stupid. just pick your race and amend you plans accordingly

Without knowing more about the market we can't chose our races.

Market play only plays a small % in having an advantage (assuming they have fixed all the issues from last round) If you cant exploit the market then nearly all races should be able to be played the way you intended to play them.

If youre overly concerned about it you should pick a SS race over one that would specialise in either pure income or resources. After all, it is SDSS tongue

Its not about market play Poley, its about wether or not we will have a market that we can atleast half rely on.

If they say for instance, market will start at 10 for each resource, then im all happy, cause then 10% change actually makes sense.

Aslong as its 10% of an unknown number, helps us nothing lol.. anyone knows what 10% of 0 is??

exactly, we need a fixed number so resourcers/cash bankers depnding on how you start make their money.

it should be equal to be fair for everyone, as noir says we need to know the starting numbers before even able to pick a proper race for this round.

Either ither, everyone is still in the same boat, if you want to take a risk and specialise you cant exactly hold anyone else accountable for it. Even if numbers are told before BoR, youre gonna get a rush of ppl changing to whatever they consider the most powerful race ie: like quantum is at the moment.

Let it be known, Im neither for nor against market info being shared. Just know that everyone is stuck with/out the info theyve released so far. Maybe last round is too fresh in everyones mind and everyone is looking to the market for a step up...
