What are the current hardcore galaxy rules?
Are Illegal Alliances allowed?
When you attack someone's home planet and win, do you keep the planet?
Do ingame NAPs work? and is there any limit to each kind of ingame NAP?

1) Are they ever allowed? (Even if hard to prove)
2) No - It makes way for the new hyperspace bypass, destroying it in the process
3) I would assume so, they pretty much have every other round. Though this is HC, shouldnt be allowed imo.

Your allies are your friends. We are restricted to declaring war on at most 2 families, and allying with 2. We can have any number of Non-Aggression Pacts.

How do i become leader in this 1-man "family" ?
you join #mod, and get one of them to do it for you.
and if you dont want mods know who you are?? I think mods should declare leader to any player in SD without having to go to irc, maybe we have no time for irc, right?
i think they do go through and do that anyways render. but its just quicker to ask and give fam number i guess

kollop i think they fixed SA in the other galaxies so you can do it before 48hr so i guess that applies to sd
DS i want to know as well, i hate the bloody things but they are useful.
events are same in every gal unless they have specifically turned it off

does transport gets killed or lives?

Defencestations only affects airunits, and damage is rounded down
Ye only air units, transports are so u lose 30% of them on a DS but it only applies above 3 trannies.
3 trannies u lose none, 4 u lose 1
