Topic: Portal building on actual planet page

Is it possibly to add a link to the actual planet page to build a portal?

Currently you have: Construct Buildings, Station Units, Bookmark, System view, Close. Plus added extras if you have fleet/lasers on the planet. Could you add a link to build a portal specifically for that planet only on this page?

Numerous times I have used the council page to see when lasers are about to be done, click on the "Show" planet link and think that its safe to start a portal in this planet now.

For the planets where portal is currently under construction, theres no link
Perhaps put a 'Cancel ongoing portal construction' or something similar?
