it amuses me that you call me an idiot. you are the one that thinks we shud have had just as many savings as you after you saved for 2-3 days. yes we should have had bankers put aside stuff on the market for the last week and a half or w/e. and we did. but so did you. so we were still equal there. so you still had an extra 2-3 days of savings than us from saving before the war.

in fact, would you like to tell me why you saved before cancelling? what was the purpose of saving, what did you need the resources for?

when discussing a war, you shouldnt insult someones lack of savings, unless someone does something ignorant like build pure infra after a nap cancellation tongue but the point is that it would be ok to comment about someone foolishly leaving all the figs out, or stationing there fleet while there portals are raped. Even then i'd try to keep it on a more friendly level tongue to me it looks more like Arch is defending himself against Kagar's insults rather than "bitchin".

You wouldn't have cancelled the NAP if 760 and 762 had  equal savings. As you said, you know how this game works.

It's not that big of a deal. Not many people cancel a NAP when they haven't prepared for it tongue

If you had wanted a semi-bigger fight you could have waited longer then the 8 hours+/- that 760 finished their war. Or cancelled it later in the round like Arch said.

I think it's gone pretty well in terms of war. The past 3-5 "big" wars i've seen, both sides jumped 1-2 people huge, and then one of the sides would mess up or get owned hugely and within 5 ticks the war was over for one side. Maybe thats what you were hoping for?

i sorta agree with Arch not biulding
i think if i were in that position i would have done something similar. We out saved him loads, and he was just simply outmatched.  Best possible thing to do was to keep people out of their range.

hoewver there was alot of stuff i dont get...if u knew we were coming what was with the pop banker jump?That savings coudl have gone to an attacker, being saved. Instead, now he is big enough for both attackers to snack on. Also, prewar, i think you coulda thrown alot of destroy iron and cash...i tihnk that would have been 1 option, though i understand why they didnt. Lastly, shares...i think you guys had better shares then us in this war. no one used it to their advantage etc.

we didnt have better shares. all our bankers and resourcers deportalled shares with ur guys and same on ur end. but becos before napping originally our core had been twice the size of ur core, when we napped we couldnt include all of it, so kagar and others got alot of shares just outside our main core but where rotini and mezzi already had a lot of planets. we had fewer planets directly outside ur core cos small fams had filled the systems up more tongue

we jumped our pop bankers 2 days after dimpel jumped, and the same day that lethal jumped (hence the food market jumping A LOT) tongue so we didnt do exactly do it while u were saving for war. it was only a little after we napped in the first place. all we did after that was fund on him.
