eh, maybe i'm just old school but i think the onus should be on the family members to communicate with eachother; this is a team game after all. yes it would be convenient for a leader to be able to do this, but it also seems like an excuse for people to be noncommunicative. convenience isn't always a good thing, especially if it comes as a replacement for interaction.
families that work on communication should be rewarded, not have their efforts devalued by a free op that takes the place of planning and discussion
