new feature to recall ... only trannies , or figgs ... leave soldiers

when pressing recall selected

says " you gotta selecte fleets to recalls, sir "

When you hit "recall selected" you need to make sure u tick on which planets as well.  This way it recalls all (if you've selected at the bottom) on only the planets you've selected.

If you just want to 'recall all' trannies or figs from all planets, then you tick just the boxes at the bottom and hit "recall all".
