no ,but if you post here i will calc for ya
excel is your friend.
the calcs are incredibly easy...
[New Cost] = [Originial Cost] / (1+[construction science percentage]/100) * [amount of units]
so if we take 1739 fighters, for instance, at 89% con:
gc: 200/1.89*1739 = 184 022 (rounded up, really it's something like 184022.1640211...)
iron: 15/1.89*1739 = 13 802
endu: 1/1.89*1739 = 921
Is this something you look for?
As far I used it myself it's quite accurate.

File you want is "Price_Calc.xml"
Should be simple, select the unit, put in how many, stick in your %'s and it will spit out your information...also works with buildings (for OB%, if you are going from 300% to 700% the average % will be 500...make sense?)
Now to make things tricky, you can also login using excel and it will automatically grab market information and your current resources, and then also calculate if you were to sell/buy resources you would have enough, etc:
To do this, go to sheet 3, go to where it says login, and then in the little box that appears, click on "Edit Query" and then login as normal into your empire, close the query, then click the red '!' and it will update the main sheet...
(sorry that it is still a little messy, will work on it some more when I get some time/motivation and make that part easier...
