the stats are
1. Intelligence
- measures overall skills and experience, hitting laser trap and losing fleet will ensure that your rating is crap. while knowing most of the attacking tricks and have the ability of screwing over your enemies means you will have a higher rating.
2. Initiative
- measures agression and the ability to seek our ur own target, set up near enemies asking bank for fleet you need, a high initiative means you are not a plain drone that just get told what to do and where to attack and would be clueless without another attacker to guide you. someone who clears enemies before they were spotted, set up raids on bankers destroys fam by setting up next to them will be rated high. those who constantly burns their morale on good targets will also be rated high.
3. Activity
- obvious stat, the more you are on the more successful you will be as an attacker if you have high ratings in both intelligence and initiative, activity measures how long/how often you can be logged in the game, sacrificing sleep and quitting work will net you high rating, desk job also helps.
4. Reliability
- how reliable you are, high rating means you dont delet or go inactive, always completes round, and an important planets needs to be taken by you, you take it without failure. when participating in a raid you log on for it etc
