Why not have an way of adding the nap families core systems into the nap?

Both families send their cores to the other fam, not ingame but in the relation page. So the leaders can approve it. Then IC wont allow the other family to explore in those systems.

Also, comp n IA can't tell if someone paying comp or just giving away cause they bout to leave. Why not add the comp planets to the nap, the family tells the leader the planet they want to give for the nap and the leader adds it to the list. Plus have options such 20 planet 40 planets 60 planets 80 planets 100 planets for the comp and a time limit to have them prepared.
