Topic: New Op

A wizard op similar to infiltrate, wherein the wizards can magically sense all deployed fleet (i.e. all e-ships sent + attacks).  Unlike infiltrate this wouldn't be available for x ticks, but will only be "at the moment" information.
I'm unaware of how difficult/easy it is to do, but see it being a very useful op (perhaps too powerful?).

not too hard. I had a similar concept worked out a while back. There are lots of ideas coming and going. We'll see how it goes down.
