There are some changes this round, yet again!

- resource planets' bonuses have been modified; they now range from 25-50%, as opposed to the previous 5-25%;

- science planets' numbers have been increased to match any other resource bonus planets, as well as the bonus they provide; they previously existed in numbers equal to morale planets; these planets are also visible now, not hidden like before;

- the Sentinel tag will now be subject to a -70% attack bonus, as opposed to the previous -50%;

There appear to be some problems concerning friend codes.
If you did not get your friendcode back after the reset of Milky Way, you can report to a moderator, who will get the code reset for you.

We will probably delay the start of MW by a couple of days for this reason in addition to the galaxy not being filled properly yet, possibly due to the holidays. More information on this later.
