Crap time to start a round of this(for me). =P Too busy with work in the lead up to christmas and then there's the actual christmas holiday, and who knows if i'll be around to hang out on irc that day.

Will have to pass, sorry arsybum.

The last of the multicoloured Christmas lights flickered off as most of downtown Lapland was cast in an eerie darkness. The joyous festive songs which played throughout the day and the sounds of young elves and their families laughing had been replaced with the noise of the harsh winter wind.

Santa Claus looked out of his window at the town before him.

It was four nights before Christmas and there was much to do. Even though the majority of residents were sleeping, he knew that his factory would be full of activity, making sure everything was wrapped and readied in time for the big day.

"Come to bed, hon" Mrs Claus said as she took a sip of warm milk. "You've got some busy days ahead of you. Need to get some rest" she smiled.

He knew she was right and he took one last glance through the glass.

So peaceful, he thought to himself as he yawned.

He could never be more wrong...

BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

The annoying sound of the alarm clock rang throughout the creaky cabin as the battered old body of Scrooge stirred in his bed. He wrinkled up his face and muttered some obscenities as he swung his arm around to put an end to the dreadful sound.

"Meh, wtf is the time?" the old man asked himself as he slowly peeled open his eyelids. The fuzziness of sleep slowly disappeared and he fixated his gaze on the time. "Meh, too early... just a few more minutes" he said closing his eyes again.

A few moments later, the ringing of the clock was replaced with a gentle snore.

"Rise and shine kids!" Ginger Jollybells shouted whilst clapping her hands. "It's the holidays! No staying in bed so late!"

Holly Jollybells heard the sound of her mother's voice, immediately jumped out of bed and peered out of the window. It was early and her friends were already out playing in the freshly laid snow! She bent down and slipped on her red and green velvet shoes, the golden bells on the tips jingling as she did so.

"Morning mum! I'm going out to play!" she said fleetingly to her mother as she made her way to the door.

"No problem, be back for breakfast though. I'm making pancakes!" Ginger replied.

Holly grinned and opened the front door. A cool gust of wind greeted her but her attention was quickly caught by the bright red parcel on the doorstep.

Wow an early Christmas present! She thought to herself as she picked it up. It was wrapped in a golden ribbon and was accompanied by a purple tag. She took a hand and flipped over the tag to reveal the words: "To the Jollybells, Merry Christmas! Open me!!"

Jumping with glee, Holly quickly untied the ribbon and opened the box....

The sound of her daughter's scream made Ginger drop the pancake mix on the floor and dash hurriedly to the front door. She found her daughter crying pointing to a red parcel on the ground.

"What's the matter? What is that?" she asked as she peered inside the present. The dull black eyes of Frosty the Snowman stared back at her from his decapitated head.

The scream of Ginger Jollybells which echoed across Lapland was something the village had not heard for years. Their mascot, Gwynedd, was dead.

To clarify, Frosty the Snowman was the alliance unknown secret role. His role was to pick any person by the end of the first night phase. If that person is killed, Frosty will inherit that person's role, whether it be good or evil.

You're reasoning is interesting and it's something I did think myself too.  Except I couldn't really find out who has been on and who hasn't.

Scrooge slept in.  So he missed his kill.  Imo:
