OUR, science has 5 categories that matches there attribute except for one... RESOURCE category stands alone without an attribute.

Science is a way that without extra land or planets, you can increase the Power (Attack), Wealth(Population), and Economics(Income, Resources, and Construction) of your empire.

With that said, make attribute for Resource.
This will bring the end to Resource/Attacker. - There isn't any Banker/Attacker or POP/Attacker.
Pointless to have the 50% Attack if your not attacking occasionally.
------New and/or Change Race---------
Either Create a New Race or Change Quantum race by removing income and pop bonuses.
If you do create a new race I want control of what bonuses and ops they get.
