I think the idea that you can't enjoy yourself if you're getting attacked is nonsense. I am playing in a rather lowly ranked family, and we get attacked constantly. We are currently in war with 3 families. We're not going to win the round, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy myself?

You can set different goals than winning a round.

lol, primo thats all good but, fam im in (14) we've been smashed from pillar to post ever since the 2 weeks were up, i think every single top fam has had a good go at us, and some even more than once its not as if we have a chance to clear, now or on the 2 week mark, i'm all up for fighting a war, but some odds are un realistic.

yall forget this is a war game.. as long as ive played IC its the same old thing smaller fams cry cause bigger fams rape em.. bigger fams nap and farm smaller fams.. its juyst common strat..and primo is right.. u cant just always have the goal to win.. tere are many goals u can set as a fam and as a player.. there is all kinda of strats u can pull and try.... for exmaple.. if ur in a small or weak fam.. stay small at beginning and stay out of reach of top fams nw.. u can still havea  good round

lol, better nap deals? we were out infra'd by 3 top fams before 2 weeks was up, meaning they wouldn't give us nice naps, they set us up for a farm from the beginning. let us grow nice and plump, raid our active people's planets, then ask for more.

& scorp we've had no chance to fight anyone else our size, soon as we venture anywhere were cleared by bigger fams. im the FA and i had all but given up 5 days ago because i just get smashed by other fams, and we get infra whore & build my fleet.

never said it was anyone elses fault, its our fault were not drafted and all uber active after being smashed around. MW is just gay, pw i give out naps to smaller fams, not farm them so they have no fun in a single round, thats what this is about to me, fun, not winning.

Yeh tbh 14 was doomed from the start. Their exploration strat was stupid, putting a single player in nearly every system within 20ticks of their HS. If you guys filled system by system like the other "top" fams you would find that you would be a lot safer
