What is clear is the global community has utterly failed at controlling nuclear proliferation. If Iran wants the bomb they can spend five years building one or one month importing one from Pakistan or North korea.  Given the state of our decay nothing will be done about that by the "imperialist powers". We have lost the will to act, and retain only the impulse to react.

I dunno really who this guy is, but there are loads of different ways of interpret what he says. Like for example:

"The U.S. domination is on the fall. Iran and Japan as two civilized and influential nations should get ready for a world minus the U.S.,"

The U.S. domination IS on the fall, economicaly and powervice really... don't see any "threat" in this part. And the rest of the sentence comes from this. This really don't say anything threatening...

"No body or power can wipe Iran off the world scene and Iranian nation of course can well manage its affairs under such an atmosphere,"
Well someone can with nukes, but that's not gonna happen. So again, what's with this? I bet Flint would say
"No body or power can wipe U.S.A. off the world scene and american nation of course can well manage its affairs under such an atmosphere,"

Stop reading too much into these things. And if you do check what it could mean before you make these silly threads.
