What other ingame stuff u can do to deny people capability to play 4v1 rape a fam? farm a smaller fam 100 planets each ic year???

be more specific mods!, cuz now its open for interpretation and that WILL get abused. its like a maze in anny laws. Players need to be able to check themselves aswell on how mods came to a conclusion. making it open like this always adds the discussion about the fairness on the blocks.
