I don't like it.

Means you only need one person in the fam who can infil, really.  Making other people/players having the op redundant. 

More importantly, communication would be cut down too, and IC needs to move away from that thinking.  It's fun in wars and other times when you are cooperating with your family members and allies etc to get infils and things.  If you can't find someone to do the ops for you, if they're not online to update or whatever....then, imo, that should be part of the game.

Fams are constructed (or at least to be) on what ops are needed, who can do them, coverage, etc etc.  We shouldn't lose that kinda team play.

yeah my thoughts exactly, i wouldnt need to take an attacker race with infil if that was changed and would just go camaar.

this idea wil only benifit the inactives, so why do you care? as u said "Fams are constructed on what ops are needed"
proper fams have that luxury, small noob fams dont, so help them out.
