Topic: UC Berkley

Well recently the made a big announcement about Global Warming.

They supposedly tried to 'account for eronious' data and also published most of the data, methods, and such straight to the public, which is an unusual step (more often groups wait for peer review then publish to public).

The result was one I laughed at since http://surfacestations.org shows a different story..

But some others noted something...

Berkley shows no heating over the last decade...

I disagree with the whole of their study, but global warming liars... errr... enthusiasts might have value in this study.

Meh... I love it when a lie starts to fall apart... first few to break from the group lie get ostracized, the next few get ignored, then the ones who were in deep but want out start making excuses... we have reached that stage! Next is final denial, then persecution! Yay!

Everything bad in the economy is now Obama's fault. Every job lost, all the debt, all the lost retirement funds. All Obama. Are you happy now? We all get to blame Obama!

the political movement of global warming reminds me of communism

Communism demanded a blank slate and the dialectic, and said the overall theory of communism could only be "refuted" by an equally comprehensive theory of economics

So many global warming Response activists demanded we accept global warming unless we had a equal and opposite theory of climate

but in science, a theory is disproved when it is show to be erroneous.

Global warming models did not predict a flat decade.  It is hard to show how the theory of heat retention can allow for it.  Global warming theory said that the number of readings was adequate to describe global climate.   So maybe global warming is wrong when it predicts rising temperatures, or it was wrong when ti said it could adequately monitor temperatures--but as science, its proved false.

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.

The republican party has stated unabashadly, that Global Warming is like Tinkerbell.  Just doesn't exist.  It's a fairytale character, that no matter how hard you clap your hands, reviving the subject is moot.  According to the republicans.

Personally.  Why wait to make the appropriate changes to create a better environment.  Whether man made, or created by nature itself.

A republican will state, "Well we could, but that would mean the loss of thousands of jobs, as we try to control business ventures."

You want clean air and water.  That will cost jobs and taxable income going towards the government.

You want jobs, well your just going to have to deal with carbon footprints and cancerous  pathogens.

Clean = Cutting of jobs
Jobs = Poor health and sanitation.
