sooo.... if they would clear all your shares with them, and then give them back + compensation before war starts, u absolutely wont mind?
so war starts they just retake all again and their safe.
now im reading by the letter! carefull what u write in nap related mssgs. In the end its public oppinion (and somewhat PR) when it comes to which fam was the dishonorable one ;p

was always gonna be these fams fighting it out come the end unless there was a war between them earlier in round that changed it....even though there was a war at SOR that may of changed who started this war with the advantage.....
well i'm not actually wrong since i did it in score... not like it makes any difference what so ever though...

Nap break is nap break... not trade, not compensate, not BFF status, but nap break
standerd nap usually requires vice/leader to be contacted for comp.
if no reply in 24 or what ever ticks ( in this case before war starts) then its void.
so now its stil a hear say problem, they say you broke you say they broke blabla. dont matter if ur voiding naps cuz of a planet taken to early u have your excuse to not fight with honor and losses if u start at the same time
that made no sense.
Nap Break is a Nap break thats it, there is no ifs and buts.

If there is an attack the original planet given back pluss 1 compo as part of standard NAP terms....i think lee is trying to ignore this term and just say if we attack then his voiding NAP which will mean his actually the one breaking the NAP as we would be following this rule as long as we gave the planet back pluss 1 planet compo.....But lee is right its a dirty way to play and i also would void NAP if the reason there was an attack was just to clear a portall.....but if it was a general mistake and it was just the one the that would be down to lee's choice whether he thinks its us trying to gain the advantage or whether it was a nOOb being a bit rougue or a mistake....
But there will be none of this coming from #04 and if it was to happen then it would be a mistake and i would find a way to equal things out if NAP was not voided........This should be a nice clean war with no cheating etc but NAP talks after war is where the trouble will happen im afraid as its always the case but meh!!! thats #03 an #96 choice....other then NAP though should be fun for every one to watch as will be a savage beating im just praying #04 can get there 2 attackers back for this war as that would be exiting
