It's a public health warning actually. And for the trolls... no I have not participated.

Anal sex can be harmful for your health even if you use protection. There are several main problems that can occur.

The first is known as an Anal Fissure *warning medical graphic* [not appropriate]

The Anal Fissure can be very painful and difficult to heal. Part of the problem is that you must use your butt often at a rate of once a day, potentially opening in full your injury.

Second are diseases and bacterias that can enter the blood stream. Many diseases, including food poisoning, cholera and typhus, are spread by fecal contamination. Many parasites, such as the notorious tapeworm, can be spread through deliberate or accidental ingestion of poop. (A sexual manuever I wont talk about here)

If your not protected, besides STD's you can also have issues with getting bacteria in your uretha (for guys only) which can lead to some very painful days if the wrong stuff traveling on feces arrives there.
