Topic: MW 14 day attack delay

Can we get some clarification on when exactly attacks are due to start?

Attacks are not allowed for the first 2 weeks... which means they should start on the 8th November... but the Announcement says the 9th?

Also, at what time are they due to start? Will it be exactly 2 weeks e.g. at 1700 server time? or some other time?

Kinda need to know soonish so we can make offensive/defensive plans accordingly.

Attacks start at 17:00 server time. Someone else will get the day for ya.
