If you are unaware I am running for office in Oregon.

I plan a strong campaign with efforts far ranging from a normal viewpoint.

For instance I am going to destroy the fiction of global warming with permission to use some evidence that exists out there at www.surfacestations.org

I expect permission today hopefully.

This video will highlight stations in the Portland Oregon and surrounding regions.

The video needs to be made however, and I lack the neccessary skill. So I seek a volunteer.

The volunteer needs to be able to take multiple images and manipulate them per my instructions, be able to incorporate a seperate audio file and match the video's production to the audio, alter images (by adding highlights, arrows, and the likes), be able to incorporate a simple music theme into the background as well.

This first video will be used to persue funding for actual production of a full television commercial series, which if the volunteer has experience and skill there, may be given an advantage over equal, or near equal bids depending on a variety of issues.

This is an unpaid work and is subject to campaign finance laws as volunteer work.

You will probably end up getting fan mail and hate mail if the production is well made.

If several wish to apply we can discuss other promo peices as well in other aspects.

This is the early season, the ground work. While my campaign has spent about $4,000 between official spending and private spending (like my suits) it is this ground work that will help shape contributions later.
