Hunger strike... hmm...
That doesn't sound like something Piranhas would do.
Nope.
Our campaign of starting threads of misplaced topics is unfolding very well. No need for hunger strikes.
~~~~! Piranhas!
Just an FYI...doing that intentionally isn't the best plan of attack. ![]()
=^o.o^= Kittah demands poptarts.
hmm... poptarts - haven't had those in years....
/me thinks we start enough misplaced topics unintentionally for this campaign of civil disobedience to be a success, or at least seem so... ![]()
Xeno Syndicated, intentionally posting threads in incorrect topics is considered spamming. This is your official warning. Continued conduct in such a way will bring forth more disciplinary actions. Please use forums correctly. Thank you, and have a nice day.
If Xeno is condemned ill start a hunger strike!
Well, judging by your avatar, I don't think it'll have much of an effect.
Check out latest thread in bugs section regarding my favorite insect: the Lady-bug.
I think Piranhas have a lot we could learn from them!
If I started a misplaced thread, say, I don't know, maybe the lady-bug thread,
http://www.imperialconflict.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=149236
it was an honest mistake, for the section is labeled, and I quote:
"Bugs
Discussions on various insects."
As a lady bug is an insect and the section is labeled 'Discussions on various insects', I thought a discussion on lady bugs would be warranted and wouldn't be considered 'spam'.
I do not think I should receive an 'official' warning or be officially flagged as having been warned as such if starting that lady-bug thread is to be considered the infraction which warrants such an official warning.
In addition, all other threads I've started, some of which were deemed to be in the wrong section, I did not place intentionally to spam the forum.
I would ask, then, to be informed as to which threads I posted incorrectly, so I can learn about and amend the errors of my ways, or, otherwise, ask that my official warning be withdrawn and any flag indicating my having been warned as such be cleared.
they're stonewalling you xeno .
don't let them get you
Thanks, Chaosdarkmech. I appreciate the support. I figure we should find a way to bring more attention to developers about what this game could be.
If we could work together and develop the theme of the IC universe with a story, develop the game concept a bit with the story, and launch IC in a client with more dynamic, player-friendly functions. This game could really be something amazing and attract millions of gamers and millions of dollars.
Someone needs to invest in the right people to get it done, namely me for one - for the story part, for the concept engineering part.
But people won't work for free...
but in all fairness xeno if you want to really change something it would be far better for you the keep your nose clean .
i mean you could have known that the discussion on the ladybug would have to be either in general or anywhere else considered as spam.
so putting it up in bugs was a dumb thing to do .
as for the reforms part . i do agree with you i. at the early start of my gaming this i was a hardcore gamer with very little skill.i'd sporadicly appear to see if anything had changed and when noticed it didn't i left again.
now with your whol Piranha theme her i decided to stay a bit longer just to see what effect it had or will have .
In europe, they are ladybirds and therefore not considered a bug. Hence you were spamming.
It says "Discussions on Various Insects" INSECTS - all discussions, then, on various insects should be fair game.
Besides, it doesn't matter. The closing of the thread and the warning by the respective mod and the protest against the closing by PS is all going into the Rise of the Piranhas story.
