Basically NZ played the exact same tactic that France has been insulted all week by press and kiwi old players, for playing it in semi.

France deserved to lose the semi, but welshes failed their penalties
NZ deserved to lose the final, but referee didn't have the balls  to give the penalties France should have get.

Ofc NZ deserves the title over the tournament, but the title is won in final not over a tournament.

Anyway it's part of the sport and it's only sport, so congrats NZ.
