It's definitely a reference to a political topic... but only by an abstract reference. In practice, this has nothing to do with political events occurring, except that it's using a term that's used in politics... which probably isn't enough to warrant it being there.
That being said, this could belong in Community... I'm not sure, in part because I'm not even sure what you're asking, lol!
Well, isn't that representative of the Occupy Movement in general? What are the demands of the protesters, anyway?
