Doesn't change a single bit to the problem that dates are. Even if you're right that it wouldn't change a single thing for new players, not merging PW would be better because of that. Besides, tutors aren't inactive, mostly it's the people themselves who are. Also, as You_Fool stated, PW is a randomming galaxy: It attracts a different crowd. This would mean that organised families (VIPed fams) will be needed to increase your chances. Also, you tend to meet more people in a not-draftable galaxy, people you might assemble a family with later. That's a platform that will be erased with a single draftable galaxy. I'm against it, and will try to divert people from it.

Again, merge Andro and MW if you like, but don't merge PW in it.

PW isn't only there for the noobs. it is there for the ppl who are sick of drafting and way to long rounds.

if everyone is forced to play in a drafting galaxy (and whit longer rounds) then I think many of the PW regulars will leave.

you are all talking about bringing back the old type of galaxy, from "the golden age of IC". well the golden age of IC was before they put drafting into the game. so I would actually suport a merger if it was without drafting, I would even put up with long rounds then. but if I had put my name up on this petition I would allready preatty much agreed to the drafting part, even if you say that what is important about this petition is the merger. well for me I would rather play in a smal galaxy without drafting than in a large one with drafting.

hmm... is this idea really about saving the game, or it is about one last fun round? cause if noobs joining the game only have the option of joining a galaxy where there are 12 draft spots in each fam they will not stay. well one in every hundred might of course but most will just leave when they realise that it is imposible to win, or even to grow. sure it is a blast for those on top, but drafting does kill the game.
