breaking your hymen is often a pretty painful thing. very few mothers are going to make their daughters break it to use a tampon instead of a pad; might actually be considered abuse, i dont know.

In my experience most mothers are pretty open about the pros and cons of tampons and pads, so I doubt that mother force their little women to use tampons...

settle what? the question is not whether women never have their hymens break before having sex for the first time, the question is how common is it. so asking 1 or 2 women wouldnt work.

and then me and yell never gave an estimate about how often they would break their hymen before having sex. you however acted like they never have sex before breaking their hymen. cant be that uncommon, i've broken a girl's hymen and im 21, its not like when i did it was back in the day before the internet or something. maybe your girlfriend is just telling you that so you dont think she's a slut when you guys [explore the mystery of Love] and her hymen is already broken.

i think all of this goes to show men think women need to "proof" something, and at the same time no "proof" is ever good enough
