Topic: Are tax office transferable?

What I mean by that is yes I know that you can take a planet and keep the TOs but does your empire get the income bonus from them if your race does not have them?

e.g. I take some planets and I end up with 20% TO

do I then get the income boost I would usually receive from that or do I not?
