Well we didn't want to farm them like we could have.  We smashed their fleet and they are paying 15% (roughly).  That's good enough for us!

It's all good and fun. 41 was the only fam we had not went to war with, so they were due. Was fun and ended without everyone hating each other. Way it should be.
