if they attack their way in you failed in keeping your core clean ;p core clause usually is made so people dont explore in the systems. attacking often doesnt get mentioned, anny reasonable fam should trade those planets out tbh. but thats a nother matter.

we need some one to be a galactic overseer, for real, like a uni-judge, that can say, you are write or wrong and this is how many planets and what systems and everything. that would end a lot of useless spam in here.
