Topic: Viewing shared media?

Anyone know the best way to view/watch/access shared files on a windows 7 PC from an Android tablet? Android 3.2.1 if it matters. Just got an ASUS eee pad and trying to find the best way to see my shared files.

Re: Viewing shared media?

If you want remote access: use splashtop remote and streamer. If you just want access to your files you can use the EZ File explorer app. That one is easy to use and you can just scan for devices on your lan to access smile

The EZ File explorer sounds like what i want smile I'll give a try when i get home tonight.

I may checkout splashtop too. From what i read i may need to convert alot of my videos/tv shows from avi or mkv to mp4 to help cut down on choppy playback. I converted an mkv file to an mp4 based off an apple tv setting. Now the tablet recognizes the video file and plays it much smoother. Only negative is it went from around 700-900MB to 3.1GB -_- lol
