i am writing a formal letter to the mod team to ask them to address the rules on multi.

to have a player blocked there needs to be evidence from the IP adress that there are 2 accounts there or some sort of written admission like an email or ingame message to have a player blocked.

any smart multi will cover his tracks so even though his actions prove there is a multi you cant do anything about it.

i am writing this after recent events in SD. i am currently pawning legendary in SD and he has kicked off big time. he jumped mass fleet in MW to kill me (lol) did i mention he was in my own fam in  MW??? weve had to mark him as rogue so he dosnt kill the fam.

in SD he cant touch me and he knows it. he recently added a second account in SD and the fam is at the other side of the gal to my current location

this second account is quantum and has built 100% agents, nothing else, and nuked me several times.

now one must scratch ones head and thing there is a direct link here. this 2nd account has no link to my empire, is other side of the gal, has only built agents for the sole purpose of destroying my infra with the intention of giving the main account the upper hand.

ive reported this to a mod and because there is no IP link the mod teams hands are tied in regards to blocking this clear multi.

i think there should be new rules in place where with overwhelming evidence points to a multi mods should be able to place a tempory ban on the parties involved and invite them to chat to discuss there actions.

the block could be put in place until the player comes to chat and if he proves he isnt multi then the block can be removed.

there should be more measures in place to protect the legitimate players here in the IC community

just like to repeat me statement "Legendary is a dirty stinking multi!"
