A while back the youtube channel of a scientology critic was suspended due to a DCMA claim. Before the critic could take down the videos in the DCMA claim, he received another complaint from scientology and his account was suspended without due process. He created another channel and was careful not to post any copyrighted material. Again scientology had his channel suspended. Well, thousands of angry letters, calls and legal manuvering later and the internet has gained another win over scientology with the reinstating of the original channel XenuTV and the second channel XenuTV1.
