I paid for a priemum accout and didn't get a reply back. That's probibly my fault, I probibly did something incorrect. I'm not upset about that, I just want to get the priemum account.
What is pissing me off?
No email address. I even found a snail mail address. But no email address.
So I have to go to the mod chanel and talk to the mod. Wouldn't it be easier if I could send it by email
Who decided on no emails? That is stupid.
Post the email address on the front page.
I understand your frustration on this. However, it is actually faster to get your premium account if you just go talk to a mod as soon as you pay for the premium account.
Sometimes getting the thing sent to your email can take days (even seen over a week before) but if you go find a mod who is on chat they can immediately run it for you.

I will go to the mod channel. But........
Every other web site has a little place at the bottom that say's "How to contact us"
This needs to be changed.
Also, the donate section says to pay paypal.
It doesn't tell you that you need to go to the mod channel. No. I have to spend hours trying to figure out how to do this.
It could have been simple.
It's not the procedure that I'm upset about. It's that the procedure is not known. I have no way of knowing what the procedure is and I have to go long through lots of post to figure out what to do.

The priemum account info says.
"after paying, please contact a mod"
Wait. no. it doesn't say that.
In fact I think it says something like
"please wait, this may take some time"
Also, that is what you have family members for. If you have questions, then ask them and they should be providing you with the answers you need.
That is the whole idea of keeping this game alive anyways, teaching new players.
There are direction on how to get a priemum account. I followed those direction.
Now I find out that what I should have done was...........

Put in a support ticket with the IC tech bench for ways to correct the problem.

FYI there was a mod e-mail that the mods no longer have access to
I was not referencing him as new for the record. I was merely pointing out that asking your fam members questions is a useful and "fast" (as he referenced the long route he took) way to get things achieved.
yes Lone Tiger is right, the missinformation goes directly agains the game progress, even more when you have the pay form and process out-of-date or with little info, sTefan should take a look at it if he wants the cash flowing, now he acts like he has a rent for life or what??
stil he makes a valid point, we need to make the mainpage bit more customer friendly (so update where needed!!!), we want people to be vip right? then make sure they dont get through this hassle every time.

aye and im sure its easy to setup to get mods their own email account, so get it done. not everyone has irc, or uses it. give them other options!
