I find that riding a monster truck over anything is the best way to get over them. Dont think you'd notice the slight squish that a broken heart would be under those massive tires and the roaring sound of the engine...buyt maybe that's just me...

stay in your house, Drink ALOT of alcohol, Dont talk to anyone for days, don't wash or change your clothes, listen to all your favourite love songs, and songs that mean things to your and your recent ex, think about him/her with other people, how much fun s/he's having without you, cry yourself to sleep a couple of times... and I gaurentee that you'll be sooo p*ssed off at being broken hearted that you'll get over the whole situation tongue
