when you sign in under chat you dont know if your going too get a member of your group or just yourself,... seems each member is in their own world, and not together even though chat sign in is the same!!!daaaa

BuddaIII, I am guessing you are using the chat applet. When you join you are probably in the room "#", as in your family inputted something incorrectly. Type /join #yourfamchat and it should join their family chat. Type /join #general or /join #mod if you need more help.
