Topic: More Cores vs Higher Ghz

So im looking to buy a new laptop and I is confused!

I'm looking at two HP laptops but with different processors;

one has a AMD Phenom II Quad-Core P960 1.8 GHz 2 MB L2 cache

the other AMD Phenom II Dual-Core N660 3 GHz, 2 MB L2 cache

I have also looked at one with an Intel processor; Intel

What is the most important thing to you? Will you give me teh hapiness of taking that away from you?
