so each round I am playing as bored because is my pleasure. I never say exactly when I want to play a nice round! Ah! I never need an active or top family when I want to have fun!

yeah Amar, you are spot on actually. we had them beat badly, Talic was losing to Parrot and I was evading Jack Bauer while smacking their mid sized attackers in the early going. We caught a lot of their fleets out, including some of WS's before he deportalled. the reason that they were able to eek out a victory is because we had 2 attackers go inactive, and several of our no name bankers couldn't/didn't get on to rebuild ground. and several of them did not deportal shares with the enemy out of sheer laziness despite Parrot's orders to do so.
in terms of attacking tho... We had the bigger attackers by the end of the war. I was hoping we'd keep going because if Torqez had gotten active and cleared out Impire from our core while Parrot, Mizzle, Hoity, and Myself continued clearing attackers/counter-raiding. we would've easily brought it to a tie. but Parrot and Nolio just cbfed tbh...
Emo, I started the war with less figs than both parrot and mizzle. And I lose more figs to them. That's it. Lost some shares as well, while they lost more ground than I did killing my ports. They couldn't break me anymore after about 15 ports each. They had pretty much everything else deportaled with me - a move that still puzzles me - leading to a stalemate. I started clearing you miles away instead.
I'd hardly call that being beaten. I lost the air war, that's true. And in part due to hitting one of your 2568 DSs ;p
Need to put things in perspective 
Besides that, regardless of attackers going inactive or not, a war is not supposed to be won in the first tick of a war. If somehow you manage to lose a war in the first tick, you're doing something wrong. None of us lost or won that first tick tho, not to the degree that one side lost all of its fleet. And what made the difference afterwards was activity in retakes and raiding.

and thats why i don't get why people still think they can beat people with less fighters....
and why 2 people try to fighterun each other... only 1 can win... the other ALWAYS loses more fighters... if he hits the other one or if he gets hit...
is impossible that 2 people hit each other and both win the air war depeding who attacks
fighters = soldiers of the air.... by defending you always lose less and kill more fighters as by attacking
well Talic we had another 400m gc on the market we couldn't get to because market was closed. believe me, we had the cash to jump more ground, and as soon as market was open Parrot, AA, Nolio, and KT basically decided. to hell with it, we can't suicide one another and let 66 take the round.

80 tried a little raid on us also, which we let them off with a NAP rather than return the favour
60 hit us pretty hard early on for and wasted 60K CFs of ours - they were bigger than us at the time - so we warred them - even with Talic at a festival, so limited to playing on phone
61 then joined in... who were also bigger than us too
65 were picking off our portals for spread, and trying to move into our core - also bigger than us
80 / 71 saved up during this time, and cancelled NAP on us - and were also bigger than us (or at least 80 was)
So at no point up until this point had we actually fought anyone that was smaller than us!
We then did a quick raid on 58 / 79
So say what you like, but we have had to fight most of round since 2nd week in! most of our infra has probably come from other fams building it for us! If others made mistakes, then we cant help that
yea this round has been nothing but warring. let me infrawhore damn it!!
if not step up to the plate so we can mod cancel a pnap and have an EOR war!
haha Smaug, we had access to the 400m by the time we signed NAP. that's why i was so annoyed. but family really thought 66 were a bunch of gays so we decided to NAP 62/67. Despite the fact that I also think 66 shouldn't have a chance to win the round after trying to vulture our war, we could've kept fighting and Torqez also came back right around the time we signed NAP. things were turning around for us and for some reason fam was like "yeah, we could keep fighting, but we don't care anymore, just give them a NAP so 66 doesn't win." i was the one dissenting vote among ppl who had a say. of course a couple of our attackers logged in an hour later and were like "srsly, wtf did we NAP for? that's retarded."
who talic? i heard he did. or were u talking of someone else?
A few things,
1) We let your alliance off the hook in chat with NAP , we made this very clear. I had 50 portals up all over your core within just a matter 4-5 hours. No one in your alliance would have been able to totally clear that in time even if they were trying (and they weren't).
2) You were already being raided and losing
3) Talic raided you back to your HS Emo while your entire fleet was out so please put things into perspective. Parrot and Talic both made a few mistakes first tick, but someone always does so it is expected. First tick doesn't usually win a war unless someone loses huge fleet, then it becomes which fam is most active and supportive.
4) 80/71 were completely respectable with us and approached us at the beginning of the war when 66 cancelled on 1st tick to discuss options, we decided to fight because it would have been more fun. Don't be a sore loser, your fam made the right decision we would have just farmed you otherwise. No low blows were done during the war and both you.
I got no problem with your alliance, and I told parrot whenever he wanted to NAP we wouldn't make you guys pay planets because of how you acted and handled yourself. Usually we would ask for planets if we beat a fam who cancelled on us. Your alliance was at least better than 60/61/65/etc.
emo always whines unless things go exactly as he wants, ignoring that is the best approach
Emo if you say that getting busted all day all night to hs is a win well you've got some issues .You were completely useless in the war after all that busting. Parrot knows what was coming bu he gave a good fight and we respect that.
Anybody with "emo" in their name should be ignored.
lol guys give emo a break, he did well.
he asked me how this war would turn out before we fought and I told him this is how it would turn out eventually so he knew what was coming. If it had kept going our entire alliance probably all end up in pmode and 67/62 alliance will also lose a tons of more infra, there is no way we could gain the upper hand so to keep going just result in both fam losing infra and have planets blown up unnecessarily and potentially let another fam who does not deserve the win have a chance, so rather give the win to the alliance that actually deserve it.
It was a decent war, everyone had some fun and I get to be an inactive bum for the last 2 weeks of the round.
Emo, only one thing I have to say:
The only person in 5080 who hit pmode that war was you.

the translation would be "Emo they have the Legend, we cannot win".
